Overview

Chitwan National Park, located in the lowland area of Nepal, is one of the best places for a jungle safari. The park is famous for its rich wildlife, beautiful landscapes, and exciting experiences. It covers a huge area with thick forests, tall grasslands, and rivers. People come from all over the world to enjoy the adventure of seeing animals in their natural homes.

During a Chitwan jungle safari, you will get the chance to explore the park by jeep or on foot with an expert guide. The guides know the jungle very well and can help you spot different animals. One of the main attractions of the safari is the chance to see the famous one-horned rhinoceros. Chitwan is home to many of these rare animals, and spotting one can be thrilling!

Another exciting experience is spotting Bengal tigers, though they are hard to find since they like to stay hidden. But don’t worry, the safari is filled with other animals, too. You might see wild elephants, deer, monkeys, and different kinds of birds, including some very colorful ones. The rivers in Chitwan are also home to the crocodiles, which you might see lying in the sun.

One unique part of the Chitwan jungle safari is a canoe ride on the Rapti River. While you float on the river, you can see animals like water buffalo and kingfishers. The calm water also makes it a peaceful way to enjoy nature. Sometimes, you can even spot crocodiles resting near the shore!

In addition to the animals, you will also learn about the local culture. The area around Chitwan is home to the Tharu people, who have their own traditions and lifestyle. You can visit a Tharu village to see how they live, try their food, and even watch a traditional dance performance.

The best time to visit Chitwan for a safari is during the dry season, from October to March, when it’s easier to spot animals. Chitwan is a great place for nature lovers and anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure in the heart of Nepal’s jungle.

I had the incredible opportunity to embark on a once-in-a-lifetime journey to Everest Base Camp, and I cannot express enough how amazing the experience was, thanks to Bhoj, and the entire tour service. From start to finish, Bhoj went above and beyond to ensure my trip was safe, comfortable, and unforgettable.

Bhoj took care of every detail, from the moment I arrived in Kathmandu until I returned after completing the trek. His attention to my needs was exceptional—he arranged guest houses, meals, and even helped me get a local SIM card so I could stay connected with my friends and family throughout the journey, even at the highest points of the trek. His thoughtfulness and dedication made me feel supported and cared for every step of the way.

The porter Bhoj arranged for me was equally incredible—strong, reliable, and always ready to assist. His strength and hard work made the trek significantly easier for me, allowing me to focus on enjoying the breathtaking views and the journey itself. Together, Bhoj and the porter made an unbeatable team, and I couldn’t have asked for better companions on this adventure.

Thanks to Bhoj’s expertise, professionalism, and kindness, I was able to fulfill a lifelong dream of reaching Everest Base Camp. He truly made my bucket list dream come true, and I am forever grateful for his guidance and support. If you’re planning a trek to Everest Base Camp, I cannot recommend Bhoj and this tour service enough. They are simply the best, and I would not hesitate to travel with them again. Thank you, Bhoj, for an unforgettable experience!

The blue Gokyo Lakes were the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. The mountain views were breathtaking, and every day felt like a new adventure. The guides were so kind and helpful, making sure we were safe and comfortable. The tea houses were cozy, and the food was warm and tasty. Climbing Gokyo Ri was tough, but the view from the top was totally worth it! This trek was peaceful and less crowded than Everest Base Camp. I will never forget this experience. Highly recommend it to all nature lovers.
