TRIP & BOOKING CONTRACT

Your booking is confirmed and contract an agreement exists when NH Adventure is write a confirmation after receipt of the applicable deposit amount. Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to NH Adventure P/L promptly.

Confirm booking Payment

To activate your trip reservation, deposit of 20% of the total cost of the travel for each person via the or in the form of a personal we prefer to take cash in USD to Nepal Himalaya Adventure link bank transfer, remaining of the amount you could pay upon your arrival in Kathmandu before your set out trip. (Any multiple major currency we accept any kind of card or wire transfer but you should pay international transaction charge up to 4% on that time.

Cancelation policy

We understand that sometime client plan and trip change with Nepal Himalaya Adventure by some reason if you like to cancel the booking. then cancelation you must be made in writing as soon as possible by the company we will make every effort to assist you, although we cannot guarantee that all requested  your plan changes can be accommodated.

By our valuable clients if you made full payment for any trip you are liable to receive as refund in case the trip is canceled.

All deposits are non-refundable and can be applied towords future date in the even cancellation in accordance with the terms and conditions,

For a group trip

There are cancellation terms based on the numbers days ways to your arrival timeline at the destination,

20 days or less: no refunds will be made however if you wish reschedule, we transfer the paid amount, except any zero expenses already incurred in to NHA in the set out of the trek. Towards the next journey, here same price is not guaranteed and may much based availability for the next visit dates.

22 days or more: 20% deposit will be retained by NHA rest of 80% will be refunded.

Cutting your trip short

if you are wounder to cut the itinerary short for any reason we are not obligated refund that cost of any travel arrangements you haven’t used. If you cut your trip short your travel and home journey in circumstances where you have no reasonable case for complain about the standard of services provided, we cannot offer you any refund for that your part of trip not completed or depending on the circumstances your travel insurance may cover for emergency (curtailment) and we suggest that any claim is made directly with insurance company.

Last-minute boking

If you book your last-minute trip we do accept for last-minute Nepal trip except climbing and multi countries trip, your booking should be at least five day before the trip out dates, the guest must pay immediately for the trip, Price of our travel arrangements Is listed in USD  by default.

Passports and visa information
